Media General\'s CBS station, WJTV, in Jackson, MS seeks an Inventory Control Coordinator. This position is responsible for managing all commercial information into the Pilat/IBMS traffic system for WJTV, WHLT, EJTV & WJTV\'s Weather Channel.

Responsible for archiving and assigning commercials numbers and traffic rotation, per agency/AE instructions; maintaining  and filling traffic instructions and tapes; downloading copy/commercial from different FTP sites into folder for master control; providing assistance to account executives in researching any issues pertaining to copy instructions, pre-empts/make-goods and other related traffic issues; and archiving & communication of national traffic with CTO copy editor.

This position interacts continually with master control regarding log issues, spot issues or other related issues.
