Sales Manager
Mississippi Broadcasters, LLC (dba: Digio Strategies) of Meridian is seeking a dynamic and
results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and management, with a proven
track record in B2B sales, particularly in the advertising sector. This role requires exceptional
leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients.
We are looking for someone who can organize and prioritize a variety of advertising solutions
across radio, digital, and news. Our radio formats include: Country, Top 40, Hip Hop & R&B,
Adult Urban, and Urban Gospel.

Duties:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and enhance performance.
Oversee B2B sales initiatives, focusing on advertising solutions to meet client needs.
Effectively train and motivate sales across all advertising solutions including radio, digital, and
news.
Manage key accounts and build long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent
customer service.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Utilize our CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance
metrics.
Collaborate with the on-air team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring
customer satisfaction.
Provide regular training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and selling
techniques.
Work with the Director of Data Street Marketing to aggressively grow digital sales across the
Meridian DMA.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outside sales management, preferably in advertising sales.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account management principles.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Demonstrated ability in business development and fostering new client relationships.
Proficient in CRM software for managing customer interactions and data analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional leadership qualities with a passion for developing team members' skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong customer
service orientation.
